E-Coat
Jamestown
Electro Plating is proud to introduce a new service and hope you
will join us in our excitement.
This new process is called Electrocoat or what is commonly
referred to as E-Coat.
The process features a cathodic epoxy paint over a zinc
phosphate pre-treatment that allows for corrosion protection of over
1,000 hours on a salt spray test.
This coating is considered an excellent primer coating for
parts ranging from simple fasteners to radiators.
E-Coat is less expensive than traditional zinc with a liquid
or powder top coat.
